In the new millennium, no new style has been introduced. Different fashion trends had been established in the past like the denim, leggings, boho-chic fashion, military influences, juicy couture and dresses and skirts. The dark denim was a must have at the beginning of the decade. As the decade progressed, jeans became skinnier. Details of the jeans are now coming into attention; pockets are now adorned with studs, embroidery and zippers. The leggings were back in the windows of the boutiques and pictures in the catalogues in 2005. Leggings now come in different colors and materials. The boho-chic look was reborn in this decade. The Olsen twin and Sienna Miller were the first celebrities to be associated with the look. The boho-chic look gives an impression of cheap clothing but in reality was made by popular designers. The uneven hemlines may look like a shirt you can just wear at home, but they really are very expensive. After the September bombing, there was a rebirth in patriotism. Because of this, camouflage and cargo became popular. Camouflage was then designed in different colors. Way back in 1996, it was Madonna who introduced juicy couture to the world. When they say taking it to the next level, juicy couture was serious; they made juicy couture cargo. Even from the beginning of time, dresses and skirts were always present in fashion. In 2004, short form fitting mini denim skirts became popular among teenagers. The high waisted skirts closed the decade.
